Our extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed within hours of harvest from carefully selected Greek olive groves. Low acidity, high polyphenol content, and full traceability from grove to shipment.

What sets it apart is not JUST a certification — it is the documentation. Every batch comes with a Certificate of Analysis showing actual acidity levels, polyphenol content, harvest date, and origin. We do not dilute. What the document says is what is in the container.
